The following data is processed when you make an emergency call:
- Your phone number
- Your current location
- All messages you send during the emergency call
In addition, all information that you have voluntarily provided in the DEC112 app will be processed.
For example:
- Name
- Address
- Birth date
- Email address
- Pre-existing conditions (e.g., diabetes or obesity)
When you make an emergency call, this data is automatically forwarded to the emergency call center and stored there. The data will only be shared in the event of an emergency call.
Data will only be passed on to third parties if this is absolutely necessary for the purpose.
Third parties include, for example:
- Control centers
- Ambulance
- Fire brigade
- Police
Please ensure that your data is always correct and complete!
DEC112 accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of the transmitted data.
DEC112 can also use the transmitted data for quality assurance purposes.
This allows us to improve the emergency call service.
The data will not be passed on to others for quality assurance purposes.
Storage duration
All personal data will only be stored by DEC112 for as long as is absolutely necessary.
These may include, for example, statutory retention periods or limitation periods for legal claims.
